Description

The 2025 Immunization Palm Cards are laminated, hole-punched cards designed to be attached to badges and provide a quick reference for those involved in immunization delivery. The palm cards reflect the latest Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations. This packet includes all five (5) palm cards: adult schedule, adolescent schedule, childhood schedule, perinatal hepatitis b, and contraindications/precautions. Orders will ship in April 2025.

Large orders will incur processing fees. Please add fees to your order in the donation field. For orders of 51–100, please add a $5 processing fee. For orders of 101–500, please add $10 processing fee and for orders in excess of 500 please add a $15 processing fee.
