The 2024 Immunization Palm Cards are laminated, hole-punched cards designed to be attached to badges and provide a quick reference for those involved in immunization delivery. The palm cards reflect the latest Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations. This is for the contraindications and precautions card ONLY.

Large orders will incur processing fees. Please add fees to your order in the donation field. For orders of 51–100, please add a $5 processing fee. For orders of 101–500, please add $10 processing fee and for orders in excess of 500 please add a $15 processing fee.
